The World Music and Independent Film Festival announced that Richard Cutting has been selected as a nominee for Best Supporting Actor for his work as Priest Peterson in Change Is Coming. The Award Ceremony will be a red carpet event at the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC on August 21, 2010.May 12, 2010

Richard has been busy. This Time Tomorrow and Origin are now in post.Production has begun on Feet Of Destiny in which Richard plays Trevor Dillon, the Head Coach from Belfast in this soccer biopic based on the life of Jay-Jay Okocha.

Richard is currently working on a great-looking new feature film entitled The Weather’s Warm When The Sun’s Hot.
Written and directed by new Indie talent Andrew Fitzgerald, the film follows Laurence, a young mortgage broker who faces an existential crisis as he climbs the ladder of success. Richard plays Thompson, his troubled boss. The film is shooting in Philadelphia.
All My Children has called Richard back and booked him for another U/5 to shoot this month.
Over the past several months Richard has done key roles in several other films . . .

March 31 saw the DVD release of the Western One-Eyed Horse (re-titled as Come Hell Or High Water), and available nationwide. International distribution was announced in late August. Watch a scene from Come Hell Or High Water here !

In October Richard completed filming the lead role, Jake Martin, in the feature film Juju: Chronicles of a Witch Doctor. Produced by Screenscope Studios and directed by Boyce Uboh, this thriller/horror follows Martin as his life unravels because he made a deal he cannot back away from once the terms of payment come due. Filmed in Baltimore, JuJu features an international cast and will be released in the first half of 2009.
The Sins Of The Fathers premiered on January 16, 2009. Richard plays a psychiatrist investigating a woman’s struggle with madness in this mystery-suspense based on actual events. Directed by Seamus McFlannel, it was shot on location in northern Maryland’s beautiful farmlands around Westminster, MD over three seasons. The story centers around a woman, Jenna Forde, who begins to experience troubling dreams, visions and temptations after moving into an old house in historic Uniontown, MD. The question that Jenna has to answer is: Are her terrors psychological or spiritual in nature?
One-Eyed Horse will be released as Come Hell or High Water by Barnholtz Entertainment, the DVD production and distribution company, in March 2009. This exciting Western feature is a dark tale of post-Civil War revenge in which Richard plays main baddie Creed Logan. It will be distributed to Netflix and the major video rental chains nationwide. National Treasure 2: The Book of Secrets (2007, Disney) is now available on DVD. Richard appears as Agent Tyme with Nicolas Cage, confronting Cage’s character, Ben Gates, as he tries to crash the President’s birthday party.
One-Eyed Horse had its World Premiere on July 22, 2008 in Baltimore. Richard plays the main baddie, Creed Logan. Written and directed by Wayne Shipley, this dark tale of post-Civil War revenge and obsession is set in Hadley, Missouri, 1887. Justin Gatewood (Mark Redfield), recently released from prison for attempting to kill adversary William Curry (Michael Hagan), sets forth on a new quest to settle an old score.
